Welcome! Outside the classroom, I can likely be found baking, reading historical fiction, or spending time with my husband and dog. I am a product of Winchester Public Schools and graduated from John Handley High School in 2016. I began my teaching career at Handley in 2022, where I taught honors and academic 9th grade World History I. I have always had a love for learning about the past through literature, which is what drove me to become endorsed in English Language Arts grades 6-12 in October 2023. In my classroom you will find that I strive to take a student-centered approach, with an emphasis on inquiry-based learning. As always, I am excited to observe and learn from the students at Handley and see how their personal experiences connect to our content. Here's to another amazing year!
