I'm a native of Winchester and graduated from Handley.  I enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, especially running.  I am passionate about health and physical activity and am always excited to share that with my students.  It is my hope that they too will develop an interest in their own wellness so that they may enjoy a lifetime of physical fitness.
