Mrs. Vance secured over 30 years of business and marketing experience in traditional, digital, sales, and finance.  She worked for multiple radio stations in VA and AZ as the Director of Sales, General Sales Manager, and Director of Digital Sales.  She was a financial advisor at Edward Jones and a pharmaceutical sales representative at Johnson & Johnson.  

Mrs. Vance resides in Winchester, VA with her husband Roger. They have three children, a son-in-law, and three grandchildren.  Two of their children Kobi and CaLoni are Handley alumni, they and their son-in-law earned multiple degrees from UVA. She is an avid fan of Penn State, WVU, and UVA. Mrs. Vance enjoys reading, sports, travel, and spending time with family.
