I am a proud Daniel Morgan Middle School alum and a John Handley High School graduate. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Development and a Master's Degree in Special Education from West Virginia University.  In addition, I have also obtained English 6-12 and ESL certification.  Throughout my 27-year teaching career, I have taught at various schools, including 23 years at Daniel Morgan Middle School.  I am happily married, with four daughters and a granddaughter.  I chose to return to my alma mater, John Handley High School, because I want to continue the legacy of excellence that this school represents, ensuring that every student has the support and encouragement they need to thrive.
