Mr. Quinn earned a BFA in Sculpture with a minor in Art History from WVU in 2009. 

In 2017, Mr. Quinn came to Winchester Public Schools and teaches Art Foundations and Drawing and Painting at John Handley. He is also the assistant JV Baseball coach.
