Winchester Public Schools is dedicated to service and a commitment to safety. Our goal is to provide our school system's students with timely, dependable and safe transportation to and from school. Achieving this goal is an effort that involves students, parents, teachers, administrators, the general public, and the bus drivers themselves.
In addition, we believe that students and staff alike should be treated with respect and dignity and expect the same standard of conduct for our employees, staff, and students. Parents are encouraged to review our Guidelines for Safe Pupil Transportation and to talk to their children about school bus safety and acceptable behavior on a school bus. Together, we can make the ride to and from school safe and enjoyable for everyone.
If you would like further information or have questions regarding school bus transportation or school zoning, contact your school's office or contact the Transportation Department.
NOTICE: Students who were in 8th grade in the 2018-19 school year, will attend the ASPIRE Summer program at Handley, and plan to use bus transportation to John Handley High School, please see the John Handley High School - Summer School schedule below for bus route information.
