    The Finance Department has primary responsibility for coordinating budget preparation at all schools and departments and developing the annual financial plan under the direction of the Superintendent and School Board.   

    The department provides services to all schools and departments including developing, training and maintaining financial procedures and practices, assistance in financial matters, guidance in school bookkeeping matters, provision of insurance, payroll, budgeting, public information, accounting services, and provides support for all expenses and revenue transactions for all schools and departments in the division. 

    Fund management includes General Operating, Federal Programs, Capital Improvements, Fundraising, Scholarships and Insurance.
