This site is designed to be accessible to a variety of users with differing needs. Web accessibility ensures access to the web for everyone, regardless of disability. Visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities can all affect access to the web.

For people with disabilities, access to this technology can be more critical than for the general population, which may have an easier time accessing traditional sources of information such as print media. Our site presents information in a way that people can access information regardless of what hardware or software they are using, and regardless of how they navigate through a site.

Section 508 requires that individuals with disabilities have access to and use of information and data that is comparable to those who are not individuals with disabilities, unless an undue burden would be imposed. Find out more about Section 508.

Our website attempts to present information in a way that people can access information regardless of the hardware or software they are using, and regardless of how they navigate through a site. We intend to make all documents on this site accessible.

If you experience an issue accessing information in specific documents posted on our website, or require further assistance or explanation, please contact the webmaster at webmaster@wps.k12.va.us. We will make any document accessible on request.
