Using Your Chromebook Outside of School
An announcement will be made when the devices are allowed to be taken home or outside of school. A Wi-Fi Internet connection will be required for the majority of Chromebook use, however, some applications can be used while not connected to the Internet. Students use of the device must comply with all applicable School Board Policies and Regulations including the Student Code of Conduct (School Board Policy JFC), the Acceptable Use Policy (School Board Policy IIBEA) and all other guidelines outlined in Digital Learning Initiative Guidelines and Procedures.
