Learning More About Equity
-
In order for diversity, equity, and inclusion work to be successful, it must be an ongoing and daily practice. Engaging in diversity and inclusion equity work is our collective responsibility and we need to continually have conversations about, and take action related to, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
The work of the Equity Leadership Team is informed by the latest equity research and published articles as well as national groups whose missions are equity-focused. Resources such as the ones shared below enable our team members to build their own capacity and knowledge-base on equity issues, ensuring they are well-equipped to advance our efforts from a school and division level perspective.
