School Board Meetings

  • All School Board meetings and committee meetings are open to the public, and citizens are cordially invited to attend. Citizens who wish to offer their comments at a regular school board meeting are encouraged to do so. They are asked to call or write the Superintendent's office. A sign-in sheet is provided at each regular meeting for those wishing to address the school board.

School Board meetings are generally held twice each month on the 2nd and 4th Mondays. Please check meeting agenda for time and location. Student discipline and locally awarded verified credit committee meetings will be called on an as-needed basis.

Go to BoardDocs Winchester Public Schools utilizes an electronic agenda and meeting system for regular School Board Meetings. BoardDocs is a website especially designed for board members and the public to access agendas and support documents associated with each school board meeting, and to confirm meeting locations.

Through this website, board members and the public can also view and/or print information prior to meetings, saving time and resources while providing greater access to the information Board Members use to make decisions. In addition, all documents associated with meetings are automatically archived and can be searched by meeting date or by using the comprehensive search feature. To access BoardDocs, click on the BoardDocs logo.

If you have any questions regarding the BoardDocs system, please contact the School Board Office at 540-667-4253.
