  • Our EMPOWER 2025 Strategic Plan is designed around the idea of building a foundation of empowerment - empowerment of learners, staff, community & family, and organization. Winchester Public Schools has spent considerable time, energy and dedication convening a diverse group of stakeholders to help shape and build our strategic plan and we are excited for the work ahead as we use this foundation of empowerment to help propel students forward in an environment where they can thrive! 

    The video below highlights some of the initial work by the strategic planning steering committe made of of a diverse group of stakeholders. We encourage you to take a few minutes to watch the video and hear the thoughts of many of those who are responsible for helping navigate the process of developing our plan - EMPOWER 2025.

  • We believe all students can be successful, regardless of where they come from, regardless of their heritage, what language they speak, etc. Because of this, we will always think from an equity point of view.
