Mexican Night In Winchester

Come celebrate the 213th anniversary of diplomatic relations and friendship between Mexico and the United States. Organized by the City of Winchester Mayor's Office, the Mexican Embassy Consular Section Washington DC, Mr. Víctor Hugo Ramírez Rodríguez, and Mrs. Thaiz Stevens.
