Ms. Badman was recognized as the Air Force Association STEM Teacher of the Year as well as a Senior Chapel Graduation Speaker and was part of the leadership team responsible for instructional program and educational design for the new Emil & Grace Shihadeh Innovation Center. Ms. Badman first started at John Handley High School as an Earth and Space Science Teacher and then took on the Department Chair responsibilities. Most recently her role has been that of Instructional Supervisor of Secondary Math and Science.

Ms. Bohannan grew up in Florida, but has lived in Virginia since 1996. She served in Fauquier County as a Special Education teacher, Alternative Education teacher, History, English, Reading, and Geography teacher where she held positions as department chair, team leader, and Admin Intern.
