Hello, I am Ms. Gonzalez, and I am a new teacher in the EL team, just arriving from my home country, Chile. I worked as an English teacher there for eleven years, and decided to apply to work here in the US in order to get to know some more about education in this country. I look forward to sharing my culture with you and your families. I am also planning to bring my 15-year-old son Diego with me and enroll him in JHHS so he can be part of the great WPS family too!

In my free time I love riding my bike and getting to know new places outdoors. 

I love to start my day by having a sweet cup of tea or coffee with a piece of cake, bread or any baked goods.

If you see me walking around, and I look happy, I might just have a small piece of chocolate to keep pace with a hard-working day.
