I grew up in Pennsylvania where I earned my undergraduate degree at Muhlenberg College, my graduate degree at Marywood University, and my second graduate degree at Clarion University.
I served as a Special Education teacher in Stafford County Public Schools and was a third grade teacher in Manassas City Public Schools. At Winchester Public Schools, I was the librarian at John Kerr Elementary School for five years, and now I am the Instructional Technology Resource Teacher for JKES and FDES.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, geo-caching, cycling, aerial yoga, and spending time with my two cats, Kitsune and Rinoa. I also enjoy going to see plays, especially musicals. During breaks from school, I enjoy traveling to different places and countries. I have visited England, France, and Russia; however, my dream trip would be to go to Egypt and see the pyramids.
