I grew up in Pennsylvania where I earned my undergraduate degree at Muhlenberg College, my graduate degree at Marywood University, and my second graduate degree at Clarion University.  In addition, I earned my Administration and Supervision certificate from Longwood University.

I served as a Special Education teacher in Stafford County Public Schools and was a third grade teacher in Manassas City Public Schools.  At Winchester Public Schools, I was the librarian at John Kerr Elementary School for five years, and now I am the Instructional Technology Coach for JKES and FDES. 

In my free time, I enjoy reading, geo-caching, yoga, putting puzzles together, and spending time with my four cats.  I also enjoy going to see plays, especially musicals.  During breaks from school, I enjoy traveling to different places and countries.  I have visited England, Canada, France, Germany, Netherlands, and Russia; however, my dream trip would be to go to Egypt and see the pyramids.
