Hello! I am so excited to be teaching at Garland Quarles this year! 

I have been teaching for 22 years, in grades Pre-K through third. I love working with young children, especially helping them get excited about learning. Play is an incredibly important component of learning for young children, so play is used throughout our school day. Although we work on many academics in Pre-K, social and emotional skills are a huge focus of our learning, so the students are well-prepared for life in and outside of school.
