I'm from Stephens City and graduated from Sherando High School.  I earned a BA from Bridgewater in liberal studies.  With our 2 kids, Rick and I enjoy hiking, watching movies, and going to the beach.  I also love to read, sing, and do other crafty things like crochet, hand letter, sew, and color.  I have enjoyed music my entire life and hope to share that love with many, many students!  I love that music can tap into so many emotions!  It can be fun and exciting, it can remind us of sadness, help us find peace by being calming, or just simply create joy!
