Third grade students at Garland Quarles Elementary School have been given the opportunity to participate in a community read program with Navy Federal.  Navy Federal provided each third grade student with a copy of the book The One and Only Ivan.  Staff members were recorded reading the book so students could follow along.  Our staff and students are excited to share this experience with Navy Federal.
