FDES Kids Heart Challenge

gym obstacle courseThe FDES Kids Heart Challenge will take place during the month of May.  To make the most of our Kids Heart Challenge, we had to push it towards the end of the school year.  The Kids Heart Challenge is a fun and exciting event where students learn about their heart while helping others by raising money for the American Heart Association.

The event will start May 12th with a Virtual Event filled including a scavenger hunt, karaoke, and a dance party..  On May 17th there will be an obstacle course set up in the gym.  We will conclude our Kids Heart Challenge with Field Day on June 14th.

Our goal this year is not donations.  Our goal is to have 100% of our students register online.  Students who register for this event will receive a red wristband for participation.  Here is a guide to get started with the Kids Heart Challenge

All students who donate $50 will have the opportunity to slime Mr. D.  If we have 100 more student registrations, names of students who registered will be drawn for the chance to throw two eggs at Mr. D during Field Day.
