JKES Supporting Super Reed

Students in Ms. Haines' first grade class are supporting a local boy's fight against cancer.

Reed Dailey, nephew of a WPS staff member, is three years old and has been diagnoised with osteosarcoma, a type of bone cancer.  Due to the cancer, Reed has had his right arm amputated and undergoes aggresive chemotherapy treatments.

Ms. Haines' class has been learning about Reed, who is referred to as Super Reed.  The classes' support has included sending him a video of the entire class signing Happy Birthday to him for his recent 3rd birthday.

If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Haines.
