Lord Fairfax Community College Workforce Solutions has a great program of youth camps this summer! There will be programs in Career Exploration, Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math (STEAM), and Digital Arts that focus on the intersection of creativity and technology. Each course emphasizes self-empowerment, cognitive reasoning, and divergent thinking through hands-on learning.
Camps run June through August and will be held at various locations. Courses are available for students age 7-17 and are divided by age group. This is a great opportunity for students to be introduced to a number of engaging, hands-on experiences to discover their passions and talents! Scholarships are also available for qualifying applicants.
