Welcome to 6th grade math!!

Hello there! I am Ms. Coleman and I will be one of the 6th grade math teachers this year. This is my second year teaching at DMIS and I am so excited I chose WPS as my home school. I am originally from Texas, where I taught 6th grade math as well.

I attended West Texas A&M University where I received my bachelors in 4th-8th Mathematics. I enjoy teaching math over any other subjects because it brings me pleasure, and I get to share that with my students. This year we will learn new concepts, use real world situations and have lots of fun.

I am so excited for this school year and to meet all my wonderful new students! Let's all be positive and have a great year!
