Ms. Montgomery teaches 5/6 chorus and runs the after school musical theatre program.  It is her first year teaching at DMIS. Previously, she taught middle school chorus and general music in Baltimore County Public Schools. Ms. Montgomery recently earned her Master of Music in Vocal Pedagogy in May 2020 from Shenandoah Conservatory of Shenandoah University. She received her Bachelor of Music in Music Education and Vocal Performance from Ithaca College in 2012.  In her free time, Ms. Montgomery enjoys hiking, going to the beach, and spending time with her husband and Siberian husky.
