Hello, my name is Mrs. Kucinich and I am so excited to be teaching at John Kerr Elementary! I graduated with Bachelors degree in Elementary Education from East Carolina University. I have been teaching in grades K-6 for 7 years and I love every minute of it!

Because of my background in education, I have a strong grasp of teaching students English as a second language in a fun and rigorous way. Learning something new can be a challenge but in my experience a dynamic and friendly environment always allows a student to strive for excellence. My goal is to help my students achieve their full potential with confidence and an enthusiastic attitude!

When I am not in the classroom you can find me spending time with my family, reading, or traveling.
