This is my 17th year of teaching elementary school and my 5th year with WPS at Frederick Douglass Elementary School. 

I am a Winchester native who recently moved back home.    I have 3 college aged children.  The oldest will graduate this year from Princeton University, one is a sophomore at Shepherd University, and one is a freshman in the Fine Arts program at Virginia Commonwealth University.    

Teaching second grade is my dream job!  I love researching best teaching practices while watching inquistive minds grow in their learning!
