Hello DMIS!

My name is Miss McCartney and I will be working with the 6th grade ESOL students this year.  This will be my 6th year teaching and I am a transfer from Berkeley County WV.  I live in Martinsburg with my fiance and cat.  I love to travel, teaching music, read, watch TV, and hang out with friends.
