Welcome! I am originally from Lynchburg, Virginia, but after moving to the area in 2011, my family and I really feel like Winchester is home. In 2005, I graduated from Washington and Lee University and then received my master's degree in education from Texas State University in 2008. This is my ninth year teaching English 8 at Daniel Morgan. Outside of the classroom, I love to read, run, and spend time with my husband and two children, Philip (6) and Caroline (4).
