My name is Kirsten Winner. I am originally from North-Central Pennsylvania, but I am so glad to now be teaching 2^nd grade in Winchester, Virginia at Virginia Avenue Charlotte DeHart Elementary School. I have degrees in Art History and am currently working on finishing a Master’s of Education in Curriculum and Instruction at Susquehanna University. I love to learn new things and am passionate about helping children through their own learning journeys.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, painting, hiking, yoga, tennis, and tending to my 50+ houseplants.
