Hi, I am Miss. Gallagher!

This is my second year teaching, but my first year teaching at VACDES. I have previously taught first grade in Shenandoah County. I graduated from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA, where I studied early childhood education and minored in Spanish. 

I am originally from Long Island, NY and am the second oldest in a family of five children. In my free time I like to cook, sew, and hike. A life goal of mine is to section hike the whole of the Appalachian Trail.
