I was born and raised in Virginia and moved to Winchester when I was 8 years old. I attended Radford University and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and came back to Winchester to start my career in teaching. I have a passion for reading and of course, teaching. I truly believe teaching is what I was meant to do and I love my job so much. I'm so blessed I get to teach amazing children who put a smile on my face every single day. I am extremely grateful to be working at a wonderful school with fantastic colleagues and students. I'm so proud to call myself a GQES Chameleon!

When I'm not at school, I enjoy reading, shopping, and spending time with friends, family, and my two dogs.
