I am from New York, which you can detect when you hear me speak. I am passionate about the Spanish language, and I get to teach around 185 students this year in Spanish 1 and Spanish 2. I play the violin (Peruvian style), I have a Ph.D. in Cultural Anthropology and Ethnomusicology (the study of music from an anthropological perspective), and I have conducted ethnomusicological research in Ecuador and Peru for a total of nine field sessions. This is my tenth year teaching Spanish at Daniel Morgan.
