VALLEY HEALTH PARTNERS WITH AREA SCHOOLS TO OFFER FREE CONCUSSION TESTING FOR HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETES
Valley Health has provided our high school with an opportunity to use an innovative program for our student-athletes at no cost to the school. The program is called ImPACT (Immediate Post Concussion Assessment and Cognitive Testing) and is a computerized exam that the athlete takes prior to the season. There will be an informational meeting held on Tuesday, November 24, at 7:00pm in the Patsy Cline Theatre. The program will be voluntary, and a signed consent from a student athletes parent will be required before he or she is tested. | CONSENT FORM | NEWS RELEASE |
